Description | Designation: Assistant Director (Finance)
Pay Scale: 15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs. 6600/-.
Nature of Appointment- Contractual Appointment .
Candidates coming from Government /Government Deputation Salary will be on analogous Grade pay or will be eligible for one higher grade pay based on experience and qualifications. Internal Candidates/Private Contractual Based on the experience and qualifications, salary will commensurate to this pay scale/grade. |
Qualifications | Essential Qualification:
Chartered Accountant/CWA/MBA (Finance) with good academic record from a recognized university/ institution or equivalent.
Desirable Qualification:
Chartered Accountant/CWA/MBA (Finance) with good academic record from a recognized university/ institution or equivalent. |
Preferred Skills | Job Responsibility:
1. Assisting the Chief Executive Officer & Project Director and Director (Finance & Administration) in the overall financial management of the Project implementation. 2. Foreign exchange remittance, FEMA/ RBI related matters imports, banking related matter. 3. All activities of budgeting, accounting, financial control and costing in the project headquarters as well as field units. 4. Financial planning including cash flow as well fund flows. 5. Participate in discussions of audit findings and recommendations with operational managers and other officers as appropriate with a view to obtaining their implementation within a timescale which is sufficiently realistic to be effective. 6. Overseeing and instructing staff in finance wing. Handling direct/indirect taxation issues. 7. Managing and supervising the banking functions and investments. Handling import of equipment and custom formalities. 8. Supervising the function of internal audit and setting up of internal controls and their monitoring. Preparation of various MIS reports on all aspects of the finance and accounts work 9. Satisfactorily conclude statutory audits & C & A.G's audit. |
Agreement | Age limit and experience:
1. Not above 45 years 2. At least 10 years of experience. 3. Candidate applying on government deputation should be a member of the Indian Audit & Accounts Service or from any organised Central Accounts Services (GP-A), preferably with experience of financial management, treasury management, accounting, internal and external audit. 3. Should be familiar with Governmental functioning for liaison and coordination.
