JOB PROFILE Ø Assisting the Director/ Additional Director/ Assistant Director at the Project Headquarters/ sites in implementation of the project. Ø Coordinating the overall project activities at the Project Implementation Unit and the interface with field units. Ø Monitoring the utility planning, installation and commissioning and procurement of civil works at each of the project sites. Ø Assisting in project planning, facility layouts. Ø Assisting in negotiations with contractors. Ø Participation in deliberations relating to framing of rules, regulations and standards governmental functioning for easier liaison and coordination.
Ø Any other work assigned from time to time by Director (Infra).

POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE & ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY Ø The incumbent should have an experience of about 2 years in the automotive/allied industry after acquiring academic qualifications. Desirable Ø 4 years of experience in the automotive or allied industry after acquiring the academic qualifications. Ø Should have thorough knowledge of national and international rules and regulations of automotive sector as well as the Government of India systems for framing rules and regulations in the automotive sector and their implementation. Ø Formulation, implementation, monitoring and control of projects in Automobile Sector. INTERNAL CANDIDATE Ø Suitable internal candidates may also apply against this post and shall be given appropriate weightage as approved. PRIVATE CONTRACTUALS
Ø Technically qualified and otherwise suitable incumbents from the automotive industry/ testing agencies may also apply on private contractual basis.

CANDIDATES COMING FROM GOVERNMENT/ GOVERNMENT DEPUTATION Ø Salary will be on analogous Grade pay or will be eligible for one higher grade pay based on experience and qualifications. INTERNAL CANDIDATES/PRIVATE CONTRACTUAL Ø Based on the experience and qualifications, salary will commensurate to this pay scale/ grade pay.
