NATIONAL Automotive Testing and R & D Infrastructure Project (NATRiP) and International Centre for Automotive Technology (iCAT) together with the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) of UK hosted a joint conclve on the sidelines of the 9th Auto Expo. Through this conclave they aimed to create a state of art Testing , Validation and R&D infrastructure in the country. The Chief guest, Mr. Surajit Mitra, Joint Secretary, MoHI & PE said "There is a growing need for environmental concern and the only way to resolve it is through inspection and maintenance regime specially in private garages which should be well equipped to check the pollution levels".
